Default About dye mixing, etc.

I was reading the Trade: Services forum, and was surprised by some of the threads...
There are people selling mixed dyes for 4, 8, and 16k amounts (that's a lot of silver dye), and people selling collector wands and foci for 4k amounts.

First, does anyone else find that really dodgy? I didn't know so many people here were willing to beg gold from ebayers. (It's most of the first page)

And second, where can I read about the dye mixes that people don't share?

1) On Dyes - Most of the mixes are available here on the forums, either in the community works thread or just post in Q/A with your question (telling what armor you are dying, etc) and and their are people that will help if they know.

They sell "White Dye", "Pink Dye", "Gold Dye" etc because these are colors people want and don't know how to make.

2) Some of the collectors stuff I can see paying 2k for if the materials to get it were harder to get, or if I had not mapped the area the collecter is in, but 4k is just alittle too Rip-off-ish for me...just use some common sense and opinion when looking at threads like that.

all about dyes, mixing etc, some of the scam information as well. plus links to dye mix pictures guides. Some one else did all the trial and error for it, and color mixes have been accurate at least for the ones that I tried.

for the 4k for the collector items:
there a few endgame crefter items that cost 5k to make, maybe those are the ones you are seeing?
